This is done with the help of a ramp or a hydraulic lift attached at the back of the vehicle (see gallery). Unlike an ambulance you don’t have to transfer from wheelchair to stretcher or vice-versa.

Yes. All our vehicles come equipped with a wheelchair, which is available for our clients to use for the duration of their booking. There is no additional charge to using our wheelchair.

Absolutely yes. Our vehicles are designed to accommodate wheelchairs of all sizes, both manual and electric. If you’re still nervous about whether your wheelchair will fit, give us a call & we’ll work with you to figure it out.

Our vehicles are designed to be fitted with a ramp or a hydraulic lift that enables a person sitting on a wheelchair to directly enter the vehicle while sitting on the wheelchair. Our drivers have been trained to ensure that a wheelchair user safely enters the vehicle, their wheelchair is secure for travel, and that they safely exit the vehicle at their drop-off point.

Our vehicles can accommodate upto 5 co-passengers in addition to the wheelchair user. There is also ample space in the vehicle for any luggage or mobility equipment. Our vehicles can also accommodate 2 wheelchair users if needed.

The safety and well-being of our passengers and drivers is our topmost priority, and we remain committed to providing safe and comfortable wheelchair transportation during this pandemic. We are constantly working with the authorities to ensure that we are upto date with the safety protocols. You can find more details about our latest Covid-19 update here.
