CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please note our Cancellation Policy for advance bookings for Local Travel:

[1] No cancellation charge if cancelled 24 business hours prior to booking time.

[2] Cancellation fee is 100% of estimated booking amount for full journey in case of cancellation within 24 business hours of booking time. 

[3] Applicable refunds will be processed within 7 business days. 

 

Please note our Cancellation Policy for advance bookings for Outstation Travel:

[1] All booking confirmations are subject to full advance payment of estimated booking amount.

[2] No cancellation fee if more than 7 days cancellation notice given prior to outstation trip start date.

[3] Cancellation fee is 50% of the advance payment if cancellation notice given between 3 to 7 days prior to outstation trip start date.

[4] Cancellation fee is 100% of the advance payment if cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours prior to outstation trip start date.
